1. Who is this conference for?
This conference is for anyone who is interested in reaching the USA/Canada mission field, including such leaders as pastors, laypeople, and students.
2. What are the themes of this conference?
The themes include Affirming people in Mission and Ministry, the Missions of Justice and Compassion, Engaging Fully Devoted Followers of Jesus, Youth and a Post-modern World, and the Senders and the Sent.
3. Where is the conference being held?
The conference will be held at Bartle Hall, located at the Kansas City Convention Center. 301 W. 13th Street, Kansas City, MO 64105. Paid parking is available near Bartle Hall.
4. How much does it cost to attend the conference?
There is NO registration fee! Participants will only be responsible for their hotel costs and meals.
5. Are there any meals provided?
All meals for the participants will be “on your own.”

7. What is the closest major Airport?
The closest airport is the Kansas City International (MCI), which is approximately 20 miles away from Bartle Hall.
8. Is there a Conference Hotel?
Hotel and reservation information can be found under the Hotel/Travel Info Tab at the top of the page. The official Conference hotel is the Kansas City Marriott Downtown, which is one block away from the Kansas City Convention Center.
9. Will there be shuttle service available from the airport to the Conference Hotel?
Complimentary shuttle service is not offered. Airport shuttles to/from the Kansas City Marriott Downtown are available for a fee. For additional information click on the Hotel/Travel Info Tab at the top of the page.
10. Will there be exhibits at the conference?
There is expected to be 100 different ministry exhibits that will give you a variety of ideas on how to reach those around you. Check out our Exhibitor page for more information.
